Anxiousness

Being anxious is another way of saying that you’re scared or frightened. This may be because of your fear for something, for example, phobia of heights. Most people are scared because they care too much about what society would think regarding what they do, or because of some personal work that eventually causes stress if they screw it up. Overthinking about the fact that whether people will like you for this or not is completely unnecessary. Don’t feel bad that you’re one of those who waste half their time caring about stupid people’s opinions, be happy that you can change yourself and be one of those who doesn’t care at all. There are many people who feel that if they try doing something, they might fail and mess everything up, and that mindset only pulls them down in life.
Ups and downs are part of one’s life, and once you fail, you at least do know where to cover up and improve. Running away won’t help you in any way. Best way to counter your anxiousness and fears is by the trusting process and not worrying about the results. If your process is correct, you’ve put your 100% in it, then you shouldn’t be worried about the result at all. If the process has gone wrong in some way, you at least know what changes you’ve to make for the next time.

If you’re lacking confidence then just open up your mind freely in front of a friend or family member. In case you’re nervous during a show or a speech, think as if no one’s around and imagine that it’s just you who’s there. Just think as if you’re practicing and make yourself feel as calm as possible. The more nervous and anxious you get, the worse the outcome becomes. If it is a test, just close your eyes and recall all that you’ve revised. Sometimes the anxiousness inside ourselves makes us forget things, but don’t let it make you lose your focus.

Sometimes life needs motivation in order to keep us pumped up, or I’d rather call it as the fire in us that keeps us up. Everyone has some goal, which gets them up in the morning to keep fighting, but sometimes there is need of external motivation, when someone just runs out of it. Maybe it could be a YouTube video on how make yourself productive, or some activity that you enjoy a lot. All you need to do is convert this activity, emotion, etcetera into external motivation and keep the fire in yourself burning. The grindset until you reach your goal should never stop.
